Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud game data, including saved progress, characters, missions, settings and other account-linked game data.

How to request deletion

1. Send a request from the email address associated with your game account.
2. Include your Google account email and, if available, your Firebase User UID.
3. Use Delete my Dream Glitch account as the subject.

Deletion requests are reviewed manually. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security or accounting purposes. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google.
