SugarPivot ("we", "us", or "our") operates Dream Glitch, a mobile game published on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: information provided through Google Sign-In, such as your Firebase account identifier and associated email address.
- Game progress: coins, gems, high score, total dreams, unlocked characters, missions and game settings.
- Purchase information: information needed to process and restore in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Payment card and banking details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by SugarPivot.
- Analytics information: gameplay events and technical information used to understand game performance and improve the experience.
- Advertising information: information processed by Google AdMob when ads are displayed, including optional rewarded ads.
2. How we use information
- Save and synchronize game progress.
- Provide Google Sign-In and account features.
- Deliver and restore purchases made through Google Play.
- Measure usage and improve stability and gameplay.
- Provide optional rewarded advertisements.
- Prevent abuse and maintain security.
3. Third-party services
Dream Glitch uses Google Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob and Google Play Billing.
4. Purchases
Digital purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. SugarPivot does not receive or store your full payment card or banking credentials. Non-consumable purchases may be restored through Google Play according to the Google Play account used to make the purchase.
5. Data retention and deletion
Cloud game data is retained while needed to provide account and game-save functionality. You can request deletion through the Delete Account page.
6. Children's privacy
Dream Glitch is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The latest version will be published on this page.
